History

Wang Chun Industrial Ltd., established in 1988, is a world-class manufacturer and outsourcing expert with its production base in Shenzhen, China, occupies 30,000 square meters, is equipped with over 100 advanced Japanese injection machines, JSW, (50 ton. - 1000 ton.), and employs more than 800 effective workers, running three efficient production lines. In 1995, our company was awarded ISO 9002 by TUV CERT product service certifying that our company and product quality has surpassed the international standard.

During the current years, Wang Chun focuses on the product design and project management. We offer fully integrated, one-stop-shop production, including design, tooling, injection molding, silk screen, pad paint, spray painting, assembly, testing, and logistics for a variety of electrical appliances and products. We take OEM services for both sub-assembly and complete products. Our production strictly adheres to international product standards including UL, ETL, GS CE, EMC, RoHS MARK which are approved by the TUV and UL testing labs. Meanwhile, we continue enhancing our testing lab and R&D centre to provide value-added services. We purchased the sophisticated inspection instrument, such as CMM, Projector, and Chroma Meter, to enhance our SPC ability. Also, we train our engineers in the application of CAD/CAM technology, such as Pro/E and MasterCAM.

By providing timely, thorough, and friendly customer service, and high-quality, innovative, and defect-free products designed to meet our customers' expectations, we have been successful in many global markets; for example, the companies that we have built our business relationships with include Schneider UK (UK), Termozeta (Italy), Welstar (Germany), Westfalia (Germany), HUP (Germany), MSR (US), and Twinbird (Japan). In addition, we have provided OEM services for the multi-national corporations including Black & Decker Group (US), Jarden Group (US), SEB Group (Europe), Quantum Corp. (US), HP Corp. (US), DELL Corp. (US), Sanyo Corp. (Japan), Yamada Corp. (Japan), Chiaphua Group (HK), and Simatelex Group (HK).
